1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every public office. It does not store official criminal records, submit filings, retrieve documents, or conduct an official background check.

Its role is to identify relevant Huntingdon County courts, police and prison contacts, the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, the PSP Megan's Law Public Website, and outside tools that may support lawful personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of use, you must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or similar automated collection tools on the pages.
• Interfere with service performance or another visitor's access.
• Attempt to enter restricted systems or bypass security controls.
• Use any information to threaten, stalk, or harass a person.
• Rely on site content for an employment, housing, credit, or insurance decision.
• Violate federal, Pennsylvania, or local law through use of the service.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No one may use information obtained here or through a linked service to stalk, intimidate, harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. This restriction is especially important for Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law information. Registry misuse may violate law and can expose the user to penalties. Public registry data supports safety awareness. It does not authorize vigilantism or adverse employment or housing action.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create credit reports, consumer reports, or official background checks. Our services and those promoted by advertising partners are not designed for decisions about applicants, renters, insurance, or credit. Data obtained here or from a linked tool must not be used to:

• Set insurance terms or evaluate creditworthiness.
• Make a hiring, retention, or termination choice.
• Review a renter or housing application.
• Determine access to a government benefit, permit, or license.
• Carry out any other purpose governed by the FCRA.

A legally regulated background check must come through the proper official channel or a consumer reporting agency that complies with the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

The material is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a Huntingdon County charge, warrant, conviction, limited-access rule, or expungement law affects a particular person. A licensed Pennsylvania attorney can provide advice.
