Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania provides several public record channels, yet each answers a different question. Huntingdon County Prison holds local custody material, the Clerk of Courts maintains Common Pleas criminal files, and the three Magisterial District Courts preserve preliminary and summary dockets. PSP runs PATCH and the Megan's Law registry, while PA DOC lists state inmates and parolees. We bring verified agency contacts, official search links, published fees, and request steps into a single county reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Agency contacts: direct routes to Huntingdon County courts, the sheriff, county prison, and Pennsylvania systems
- Record guides: ways to search and read Huntingdon County criminal court cases
- Record-clearing information: Pennsylvania expungement, limited-access, and Clean Slate sources
- Official check instructions: distinctions among PATCH name checks, PSP self-review, and fingerprint channels
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of a Pennsylvania court, police department, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We do not issue certified dockets, repository histories, police reports, or booking records.
- We cannot offer legal advice about a charge, warrant, sentence, or expungement question.
- We do not file court petitions or public-record requests for visitors.
- We cannot perform an official background check or retrieve a person's record.
- We cannot promise that an agency's address, fee, or telephone number has not changed.
An official copy must come from its custodian, such as the filing court, arresting police agency, county prison, sheriff, or Pennsylvania State Police.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes found on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. We may receive a referral fee if a visitor follows one of those tools and purchases a provider's service. That support helps keep access to this reference free, but it does not give us control over the provider's data or charges.
